It is the intention of Council to consider Bylaw 277-18, a bylaw to amend the Land Use Bylaw 232-10. First reading was given to Bylaw 277-18 on September 8, 2018.
The purpose of Bylaw 277-18 is to amend the Land Use Bylaw 232-10 by:
- Creating definitions around the various components of cannabis production, processing and use
- Identifying general regulations regarding sales of cannabis
- Identifying cannabis production and distribution regulations
If you, or someone you represent, is affected by the proposed bylaw, you may address Municipal Council at the formal Public Hearing which is to be held as follows:
