Due to the closure of the Highway 43 East Waste Commission landfill, the Summer Village of Ross Haven will be adjusting the garbage pickup schedule over the holiday season.

Please be advised that garbage collection will take place on the following dates:

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Cannabis Use in Summer Village of Ross Haven

It is the intention of Council to consider Bylaw 277-18, a bylaw to amend the Land Use Bylaw 232-10.   First reading was given to Bylaw 277-18 on September 8, 2018.

The purpose of Bylaw 277-18 is to amend the Land Use Bylaw 232-10 by:

  1. Creating definitions around the various components of cannabis production, processing and use
  2. Identifying general regulations regarding sales of cannabis
  3. Identifying cannabis production and distribution regulations
